Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns unless item was damaged in shipping or if incorrect item was received. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns. Please notify us at customerservice@arsaisoap.com within 3 business days of delivery of any damages, and/or incorrect item(s) received. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the wrong order is received or product arrives damaged, please send us an email immediately and do not open soap packaging. Once product is opened, we can not accept it for refund. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@arsaisoap.com. Also, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 625 Kenmoor Ave SE, STE 350 #709139, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 

If return request is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If more than 3 days have passed since return request acceptance and order has not been shipped, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
